The Donate Life Rose Parade Float has confirmed that Alex's fans dedicated 51 roses in his support/honor. This means the "Alex O'Loughlin Fans for Donate Life" fundraiser supports the "Seize the Day!" float with $1530! Thank you so much to all who participated, for supporting Alex as Ambassador for Donate Life! XOXO Sabine

The roses dedicated by the fans during the "Alex O'Loughlin Fans for Donate Life" fundraiser were placed yesterday afternoon by Tenaya Wallace and fans DEb and Les from "Long Legs O'Loughlin" with great care in the Donate Life Rose Parade Float's Family Circle Garden. I can't wait to see the float! It's such a worthy cause, I'd support it even if it had nothing to do with Alex. I hope it makes him smile. He has such a pretty smile!

I watched this morning, and saw the float. It was an amazing sight ... especially the donor, recipient and family representations.

I can't speak for Deb or Sabine, but I don't mind, and I expect they'll be glad to have the word spread around as well. I've posted about Tenaya's thanks to the fans, and included the link to Deb's blog in a separate thread though. I believe this is important enough to have it's own thread.

Mods, feel free to delete the thread if not appropriate (I know I've been a little slow with the dissemination of info lately *blush*)
