Australian fans of Alex O’Loughlin, and the new CBS medical television drama Three Rivers, have organised a national organ donor registration drive to show their support and to celebrate the premier of Three Rivers on Australian Television.

The Fans of Three Rivers Organ Donor Campaign is an international coalition of fans from around the world dedicated to assisting the Transplant Community in every way possible.

• By educating the public as to the importance of organ donation.
• By assisting the public to register as organ donors.
• By assisting transplant recipients to obtain the help they need to insure a successful transplant.

We wish to conduct ourselves in every way so that our activities reflect positively on the efforts of the physicians, nurses, educators, other professionals, and their portrayers within and surrounding the Transplant Community.

The Fans of Three Rivers Organ Donor Campaign is a non fundraising body. We do not ask for, or accept donations. Anyone wishing to make a financial contribution will be sent directly to the Organ Donor charity they wish to support.

We invite you to join us on October 14th from 7 pm until Midnight (Central Daylight Saving Time), for a friendly get together, and chat to honour Alex O'Loughlin and ThreeRivers, and to help promote the cause of Organ Donation.

Entrance to the chat is completely free, but we are requesting that people consider registering as Organ Donors, and to encourage others to follow their example.

To register for the Australian Organ Donor Registry simply visit your nearest Medicare Branch, fill out the Organ Donor Registration Form, and then present it to the counter. Don’t forget to bring your current Medicare Card with you.
